if I order this dress size 8 with a zipper back, does that make it a custom dress and non-returnable? How to make sure it fits me perfect ?

Hi Jane, Thanks for your enquiry. Custom dress are made to order which are non-returnable. As all our dresses are under processing according to our size chart rather than clients' measurements, most gowns will need some type of alterations for perfect fit, bigger is always safer than smaller, because the tailor can alter a dress from big to smaller easier. Hope this helps.

Hi Louise. When you are right on the edge of two sizes, order the larger one, because you need order the dress to fit your largest measurements size. If you choose to have Lace-up back, EU 38 is perfect because the lace-up back can make it adjustable and nice fitting.
