   • Stock items will be shipped out immediately after receive the payment. Non-stock gowns will take 5 weeks to make and delivery(shipping time not included), but we do accept RUSH ORDER for 21 Days(Shipping time 3~5days is not included). Shoes orders will take 2~3 weeks for delivery.

Here are some factors you should consider before making your purchase:

1. Fabric
MoonlightDress.com uses 395 Taiwan Satin, which is very soft, doesn't wrinkle easily, is easy to iron and wash and has a natural glossy shine. It is also heavier than other types of satin with an extra 30-35 g/m2.

The sites who are pricing their gown unbelievable low use satin that is only 120-125 g/m2, which is lower in quality, has an underwhelming gloss, is uncomfortable to touch and becomes wrinkled easily.

MoonlightDress.com also supply Silk Material options if clients want their gown to be more natural and luxury,cheap sites dare not to supply this service because they do not have the refined workmanship accordingly.

 
2. Embroidery
MoonlightDress.com's embroidery techniques are extremely detailed, look vivid and are very solid and compact.

The low-quality dresses' embroidery is poor because of its unimpressive technique and easily comes loose.
3. Beading
MoonlightDress.com's dresses are made with beautiful beads on their bodice and skirt, which make the dress look more dazzling and classic. All the beading is exquisitely made by hand.

The low-quality dresses normally have loose and unaesthetic beading details which looks very cheap  .

4. Inside Lining
MoonlightDress.com uses at least 4 layers of fabrics to make the bodice of the wedding gowns. With 2 layers of interlining, the bodice part of our bridal gowns is very firm.

Cheaply made bridal gowns have only 2 layers of fabrics (satin and lining), and some have no lining at all.
5. Bodices & Fish Bones
The dresses from MoonlightDress.com have bodices that are really well-made, perfect for different styles and sizes. There are 8~15 fish bones in the bodice of most of our wedding gowns to make sure the dress holds its shape. The bones are capped so they don't push through the lining and they follow your curves to add support and make your body look great, even without a bra.

Cheaply-made dresses do not put much thought into the bodice and they don't use fish bones, their dresses are just flat and lack any design to speak of.

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. To ensure your 120% satisfied with what you purchased here,please follow the guidelines detailed below :

 

1.About Quality:

Each dress you purchased on Moonlightdress.com is handled with most care,and only shipped out through professional quality inspection,so reasons such as the dress is different from what I imagined, it doesn't look beautiful on me, color is kinda different from the picture…etc cannot be regarded as quality issues for return. However,if there's indeed quality issues(such as obvious damages on the dress...etc), please contact our Customer Representative with photographs clearly showing the problems within 48 hours(since the time you sign the parcel), our Customer Representative will work with your for your return properly.   

 

2.About Return:

(1)-.You Can Return for Any Reasons - Don't worry about buying a dress and changing your mind - let us know within 48 hours of receiving your dress and we will be happy to accept your return. For return of dresses, buyers/bidders are responsible for the shipping cost back and forth.

 

(2)-.Dress Conditions - All dresses must be returned in the same condition as when it's shipped to you(unworn, unwashed, unaltered), together with free accessories and well packed. Please treat the returned item with the same care as when you received it,because items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, washed) are not refundable.You should ship back the dresses within 2 days and email us the shipping number after we send out Return Authorization(RA).

(3)-.Exceptions - We do not accept returns on custom dresses that are ordered in Custom Size or with Custom Alterations.We do not accept returns on clearance sales dresses.

--- No returns will be accepted if do not follow our return procedures. 

 

3.Return Process:

 

(1)-. You have 48 hours from the time your dress is delivered to the designated shipping address, to notify us that you would like to return the item. Please email us at: service@moonlightdress.com .
(2)-. You must contact us before you return the item and we will email you RA if your return is acceptable. Any item returned without RA will not be credited.

(3)-. The item must be shipped back in brand-new & unworn condition within 2 days after we send out RA and email us the tracking #. Return the product in the original box with packing materials along with the RA receipt.

(4)-. We must receive the item within 14 days after we send you RA. If we do not receive your item within 14 days, no credit will be given.

(5)-. Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you. We will process your credit within 2 business day after inspection.

(6)-. Items returned would subject to 35% restocking fee/handling fee, shipping cost and rush order fee are non-refundable.
(7)-. For any dresses shipped back to us, please mark the dresses as gift and write a low value as $10USD. For any reason caused custom tax, buyers are responsible for all the tax. 

 *Shipping cost is already included in price of each free shipping item, and is not refundable 

 

 

4.About Size:

(1)-.There is no standard international size. Every store or brand has its own size definition, so don't rely on the size you usually have and please choose the size base on a proper measurement. If you are too tall or too short, or odd body shape, please carefully choose the dress style. Remember if you need help, you can always email us with your measurement includes bust, waist & hip sizes, we are happy to assist you with our suggestions.

(2)-.Nearly all bridal & formal wear need a slightly size alteration for a perfect fit. Anyway,you may choose our Custom Size service if you want better fit of your dresses.Custom sized dresses are not returnable.

 

5.About Color Difference :

Sometimes buyers might feel that the color of real dresses are a little different from the pictures,it is possible because the display of the same color might be a little different on different computer monitors, and colors from different dyeing lots may vary.Please note they are not quality issues. However, if you concern with the color, we suggest you to purchase fabric samples before you place the dress orders.

Points to Remenber
MoonLightDress.com cannot assume responsibility for the size ordered or the measurements taken.The customer is responsible for the size they order.
We suggest having a friend, family member, or professional seamstress/ tailor take your measurements for the best results. We do not recommend customers take their measurements.It’s best to be measured wearing the exact undergarments, slip, and shoes you’ll be wearing the day of the wedding or event. Designers determine their sizes by the bust, waist, hip and hollow to hem measurements. See the following for measuring tips！

Taking the Bust Measurement
> Stand straight with your heels together and arms down at your side.
> Position the measuring tape so that it covers the widest part of your back and the fullest part of your bust.
> Keep your thumb behind the tape and do not pull it tight.

Taking the Waist Measurement
> Standing straight, bend to your side. The bend is your natural waist.
> Stand straight and keep your heels together.
> Place the measuring tape around your natural waist.
> Keep your thumb behind the tape and do not pull it tight.

Taking the Hip Measurement

> Standing straight with your heels together and arms down at your sidet.
> Position the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.
> Keep your thumb behind the tape and do not pull it tight.



Hollow to Hem(With Shoes On)
 The Hollow to Hem measurement determines a specific length for the gown to be made. It is very important to wear the exact undergarments, slip, and shoes as the day of the wedding or event as this will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
> Stand straight and face forward with your arms at your sides.
> Place the tape measure the hollow or depression of your neck and measure to the waist following the shape of your body.
> Measure from the waist to where you want the finished hem to fall following the shape of the slip.


Extra Length


 We make the dresses with a standard Hollow to Hem measurement(see our size chart).This standard measurement varies between different sizes but normally is 58" Hollow to Hem. We recommend considering custom size for extra length if you're taller than 5' 8" with the hell height you'll wear with the gown.

If your measurements indicate different sizes for the bust, waist, and hip measurements, we generally suggest ordering according to the largest measurement. Gowns can be taken-in, but due to the modest seam allowance in the gowns, there may not be enough fabric to release to the size needed.

 *Once you've taken your measurements, see the Size Chart on our site.Compare your measurements to the size chart to determine the size to order. Standard size gowns are not custom made according to your measurements and will run differently than normal street clothes. Most gowns will need some type of alterations.

Regarding the Swarovski, all the crystals / diamante Swarovski crystals we put on your dress are bought from Austria, and different crystals /diamante crystals cost differently from style to size, thus the quantity is varying based on your options.
